PT X is one of the manufacturing companies in Indonesia, which specializes molds and dies offers products to internal group domestic market. This study discusses policy analysis machine repair maintenance management using RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method approach at company. Some problems that occur are sudden engine failure, will cause over production. One considered critical CNC Wirecut K90 machine. With application it expected improve reliability through several systematic implementations: system selection information collection, defining boundaries, descriptions function block diagrams, describing functions functional failures, compiling Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), composing Logic Tree (LTA), actions. The new set by Realibility Maintenance (RCM) consists 14 failure modes resolved time-directed (CD) 6 overcome run (RTF). In FMEA analysis, there 4 components most often fail function, namely electrode pin, wire guide, filter contact fit. determination this component based on RPN value data field. wie guide fit included (RTF) treatment category. Meanwhile, category condition direction with an average rate 29,951 days.
